What is a Virgin Incentives Gift Card?
A Virgin Incentives Gift Card is a multi-choice gift card offering access to over 100 best loved brands. The gift card can be loaded with any denomination between £5-£2500 and available as a physical gift card or an e-gift card.
It can be redeemed at virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk, simply select the gift card you would like to swap to, and use your Virgin Incentives Gift Card as payment for your chosen brand.
Your chosen brand vouchers will be immediately emailed to you, to spend directly with your chosen retailer.
How do I actually spend my gift card or e-gift card?
Your gift card can be used to swap to your chosen brand at virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk.
Simply select the gift card you would like to swap to, and use your Virgin Incentives GIft Card as payment. Your chosen Gift Card will be immediately emailed to you to spend at your chosen retailer.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
We’re so sorry, we can’t help with any loss, theft, damage, non-use or unauthorised use of the gift card, so please look after your gift card as you would with hard cash or your credit card.
Can I use my VIGC outside the UK?
No, all our redemption partners are UK based. The Virgin Incentives Gift Card can only be spent in the UK.
How much money can I put on my gift card or e-gift card?
You can load any denomination between £5 – £2,500.
Can I send a gift card to someone else?
Virgin Incentives Gift Card can be sent directly to the recipient of your choice. However when the lucky recipient is swapping to the brand of their choice, this can only be emailed to the person swapping the gift card.
How do I activate my gift card?
There is no need to activate your card, just visit virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk to swap your gift card to your chosen brand.
Can I extend my Gift Card?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase after which point the card becomes void. They are unable to be extended.
However once you use this gift card to purchase your chosen branded gift card then this card comes with a new validity period for you.
What if I redeem my gift card against a specific brand, but I then change my mind. Can I revert back?
Sadly not… Once you’ve made your selection there is no going back, so make sure you choose wisely. With so many amazing brands, it will be difficult to make the wrong choice.

I have multiple Virgin Incentive gift cards and want to spend them all with the same brand, how can I do this?
Currently you need to checkout individually with each of the gift cards you hold, in most scenarios the chosen brand will accept multiple gift cards as a form of payment.
However if there is a minimum spend value with your chosen brand, then feel free to get in touch with us at info@virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk and request to ‘merge your balances’ and one of the team should be able to help

Just remember, you must redeem your gift card at virginincentivesgiftcard.co.uk to swap to your chosen brand before spending.You can’t use your Virgin Incentives Gift card directly with your chosen brand.
Can I split my Virgin Incentives Gift Card balance across different brands?
You sure can! We have so many different brands to choose from, so why not enjoy a few.
When it comes to redeeming the balance against your chosen brand, you can choose how much you want to convert for that specific branded gift card. Any remaining balance left on your Virgin Incentives Gift Card will then still be available for you to redeem against other brands during the cards’ validity period. You can select multiple gift cards in one transaction or separately, whichever you prefer!
What happens if a brand I wanted to redeem against is no longer available?
Unfortunately brands are subject to change, however we will always maintain a great selection of brands ensuring there is always something for everyone to enjoy!
Do I have to pay for postage and packaging?
For physical cards, postage is charged at £4.99 and orders are sent recorded delivery.
How do I know how much money is on my gift card or e-gift card?
You can use the balance checker to see exactly how much money is on your gift card.
How will I receive my Virgin Incentives gift card?
Orders can be sent as physical cards or e-gift cards.

Once you swap your gift card to your chosen brand these are all delivered electronically, directly to your email address.
How long is my gift card valid?
Virgin Incentives Gift Card is valid for 12 months, this can be used to purchase your chosen branded gift card which will be issued with a new validity period, normally 12 months, but please check the specific retailer before purchasing.
Can I top up my Gift Card?
Not at the moment, but we hope to add this feature in the future!
I've swapped my VIGC but haven't received my chosen gift card.
Although we aim to issue your chosen gift card immediately, sometimes they can take up to 30 minutes. Please ensure you have checked your junk and spam folders, but if you haven’t received it please contact our customer service team at info@virginincentivegiftcard.co.uk who will be able to look into this for you.
